Do you work with clients outside of Texas?
Yes — we work with clients nationwide. Our firm is 100% virtual, which means geography has never been a barrier. We've worked with clients across multiple states and can handle multi-state filing situations as well.
How does the virtual process work?
Everything happens through secure, cloud-based tools. We use a client portal for document sharing, video calls for strategy meetings, and e-signature for any forms that need signing. There's no need to come into an office or mail anything — ever.
What should I bring to my first consultation?
Nothing is required for the initial call — it's a conversation, not a document review. If you have prior year returns, a rough sense of your income, or a specific question you're wrestling with, bring those. But the first meeting is about understanding your situation and seeing if we're the right fit.
Do you only do taxes, or do you offer ongoing advisory services?
Both — and the ongoing advisory is where the real value is. We offer tax preparation as a service, but our best client relationships are year-round partnerships where we're involved in financial decisions, entity structure, and planning well before filing season.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing varies based on the complexity of your situation and the scope of services. We don't list flat rates publicly because a sole proprietor with one revenue stream has very different needs than an S-Corp owner with multiple investments.
