About
Meet Michelle Idzi, CPA
Nearly 20 years in public accounting. Former small business owner. One mission: help you keep more of what you earn.
Biography
Proactive by Design. Strategic by Experience.
Michelle Idzi is a licensed CPA with nearly 20 years of experience in public accounting and business ownership, specializing in tax strategy, proactive planning, and operational efficiency. She focuses on helping business owners make smarter decisions through entity structure planning, tax strategy, and the integration of modern technology — bridging the gap between compliance and true advisory.
Her work spans hands-on tax planning and preparation for small businesses and individuals, as well as supporting accounting firms in optimizing their processes and client service models. From implementing practice management systems like TaxDome to designing streamlined workflows, Michelle brings both strategic depth and operational know-how to every engagement.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, exploring new technology, and giving back to her community in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Why She Gets It
Before the CPA License, There Was a Bakery.
From 2012 to 2017, Michelle ran IdziBitsy Bakery — a small business in Sulphur Springs, Texas. She managed the cash flow, navigated quarterly estimates, made entity decisions without a clear guide, and experienced firsthand what it feels like to sit on the other side of the desk.
She wasn't studying small business ownership. She was living it — worrying about payroll, managing vendors, reconciling books at 11pm, and writing checks to the IRS without fully understanding why they were that size.
That experience didn't just give Michelle empathy for her clients. It gave her a completely different lens for understanding what's actually at stake.
Let's Talk →"I know what it's like to wonder if you're doing this right. That's exactly why I work the way I do — proactively, clearly, and always with your full picture in mind."
